Can anyone help with this?

It was asked over at the embassy whether or not the people who made these kits were 'pros' or not. I had said that it depended, and here is an example of what happens when you get a kit that wasn't so well-molded. Bubbles. Does anyone out there have any idea how I can seal or otherwise deal with them? Please post if you do.
