I took a Machine Force lower leg and attached a 98 Acoyear foot to it via a small ball joint, did the 'real' paint job and there ya go.

Correction-
I lobbed off the foot, drilled a small hole big enough for the ball of the Machine Force to fit into-I didn't actually put in a new joint :)
